Twigs and leaves from cedar trees damaged by the earthquake in Minamisanriku,
Miyagi were collected and used to make moulds with paper clay. Tin, which has a relatively low melting point,
is poured into the moulds creating a metal replica of tree forms in just a few minutes.
The resulting objects can be used as chopstick rests, paperweights, pendants, or anything else you can imagine.
